1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bk35 platform and all of its services. By using the bk35 website or mobile interface, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Some important terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — the bk35 website, app, or any other digital medium through which services are provided.
• "User" — any person who has opened an account on bk35 or is using the platform.
• "Services" — online betting, casino games, slots, and all related features provided by bk35.
• "Account" — a registered user's personal profile on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — additional balance credited to a user through promotions or offers.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use the services on bk35:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person located in Bangladesh.
• You may only have one account in your name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Anyone who has been prohibited from online betting by a court order or government directive may not open an account.

For account verification, bk35 may at any time request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each user is responsible for ensuring the security of their own account. The following rules must be strictly followed in this regard:

3.1 Password & Login Security

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Closing Your Account

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance, if eligible, may be withdrawn before closure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, it may be marked as inactive. In such cases, bk35 will notify the user via their registered email or contact method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bk35 supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on bk35 can currently be made through the following methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
• Upay — a fast and secure mobile payment service.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable across all payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bk35 offers various bonus offers to its new and existing users. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bk35 may review the bonus activity of any account if it sees fit.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

Based on regular play, users can gradually advance to higher VIP levels. Current levels and their weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bk35:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The relevant market may close once an event has started.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, bk35 reserves the right to void it.
• Betting odds may change at any time — the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on a variety of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. Example markets include: match winner, total runs, top batsman, and more.

6.3 Casino Games

When participating in live casino, slots, or other games, the individual rules of each game apply. In the event of a software error from the game provider, the relevant round may be voided and the wager refunded.

7 Responsible Gaming

bk35 believes that betting is a form of entertainment and should never become a source of financial problems. To that end, the platform provides a number of tools:

• Deposit Limits — you can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Betting Limits — you can cap the amount you wager within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion — you can close your account for a set period of time yourself.
• Reality Check — view your gaming statistics at regular intervals.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk35 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false or altered identity.
• Taking strategic steps to obtain bonus benefits ("bonus hunting").
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play.
• Engaging in hacking, phishing, or other cybercriminal activities.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users or attempting to influence outcomes.

9 Privacy & Security

bk35 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.

When it comes to sharing information with third parties, bk35 only does so to fulfil legal obligations or shares limited data with technology partners. Personal information is never sold to any third party.

10 Limitation of Liability

bk35 is not liable for losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues on the user's device.
• Account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances.
• Technical errors in third-party game provider software.

In any circumstances, bk35's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes to Terms

bk35 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
